Refund and Return Policy

Sales are final unless items arrive damaged or incorrect. Please carefully review the policy below for eligibility and the refund process.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at sharomatheauthor@gmail.com or send an inquiry on the contact form with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

  • Reason for the refund request

  • If the item is damaged, include clear photos showing the damage.
     

 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must submit your request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If approved, the physical item must be returned within 14 days.
    Items must be unused and in original packaging, unless they arrived damaged.
     

 

Refund Processing

  • Once your request and/or returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated by Sharoma The Author staff.
